HarmonicBrian™ is based on scientific research – not opinion or pseudoscience. We designed it according to the specifications and methods used in real studies conducted by researchers in universities and clinics worldwide.

There are four traditional approaches to help people achieve self-improvement – therapy, medication, meditation/mindfulness, and biofeedback. These offer varying degrees of success and they all take time and are expensive. But, now, there is a new, non-invasive breakthrough — Frequency Following.

Our brains produce brainwaves associated with specific moods, activities, and mental states. For example, depression, anxiety, and confusion display detectable and distinctive brainwave activity. You are in control

How you run your sessions can make a big difference in your results. Research has shown that people get the best results when they listen to music of their choice while playing HarmonicBrain in the background. Others like to have some type of “white noise” playing along with HarmonicBrain. HarmonicBrain has three types of “noise” – white, pink, and brown – and you can even mix them to get the “color” of noise you like best.

How long you run your HarmonicBrain sessions is also important. To help you with this, HarmonicBrain has a built-in timer. The default time is what the researchers used in the studies that achieved positive results, however feel free to experiment with longer or shorter sessions.

Many users run HarmonicBrain in the background while they watch videos/movies, listen to audiobooks, talk on the phone, or play video games. You can also run HarmonicBrain sessions all by itself. Use your feelings as your guide but do not use HarmonicBrian while driving, operating equipment, or anywhere the use of headphones/earbuds pose a danger to yourself or others.
